Managing your subscription

GupShup Premium is billed through Apple. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the Premium screen in GupShup and tap Restore purchase. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

In GupShup, go to Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your progress and sign-in. It doesn’t cancel your subscription, so cancel that in your Apple ID settings too.

Reminders

You can turn daily reminders on or off from your Account screen in the app, or in your iPhone’s Settings under Notifications.
